Coreless brushed DC motors

Coreless brushed DC motors combine superior performances and a very simple control of the motor. Moons’ realizes three diametres for these components; 13mm, 17mm and 24mm.

Coreless brushed DC motors work until about 12900rpm. When they are equipped with a gearbox it is possible to reach a greater torque, and with the encoder the motor can be used in applications that require an accurate positioning.

Features

Moons’ coreless brushed DC motors differ from conventional iron core DC motors in that the rotor consists of a self-supporting lap winding. Innovative ironless winding helps our motor to achieve the best performance.
